About Us

  • High Endeavour provides executive coaching services and corporate governance expertise. We are two seasoned executives that have forged our experience in the boardroom while honing a determined spirit on some of the world’s highest mountains. We’ve been in this game for over 25 years.

    We are members of the Institute of Directors (NZ) and have coaching credentials with the Institute of Leadership and Management (UK) and the International Coaching Community (NZ).

  • We are firm believers in seeking out and striving towards challenging goals, backed by a well defined purpose and a clear plan to succeed. We often take our coaching sessions into the wild outdoors, to stimulate creative thinking and develop well being.

  • Our mission is to give back, to pass on the lessons we’ve learned and the tools we’ve developed, to help others as they strive to navigate the challenges of life and business. Through each interaction, we all learn and develop together.

  • The founders of High Endeavour are global citizens, having worked and adventured all over the world. Jackson now operates out of New Zealand and Christian is based in the UK. Both make frequent trips to Chamonx in the French Alps. Their work is both remote and in person.

    Jackson is a Mountain Leader and keen Alpinist, having combined a passion for adventure with an esteemed leadership career in global financial services. He loves to explore the synergies between high performance in business and personal challenge in the great outdoors.

    Christian is a qualified and accredited executive and leadership coach working with leading commercial organizations to achieve challenging business and leadership objectives. He’s an accomplished endurance racer and has led teams on expedition races worldwide.
